Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time: Next Day by 1 PM (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Guaranteed next-day delivery for urgent orders. Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time (typically 1 PM) to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after our cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time your order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number (where applicable). You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
Delays and Delivery Issues
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, weather disruptions, or seasonal demand). Empowered Originals cannot be held responsible for such delays once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 5 business days before contacting us.
Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
